- Why I chose my major
I chose dietetics because of my interest in the science of nutrition and desire to help others. I grew up with several people around me whose health was directly impacted by food. Because of these experiences, my love for food and its powerful implications, I wanted to be equipped with the knowledge to educate people to improve their health.
- What I like most about FACS
FACS has always felt like a family to me. I’m so thankful for all the professors and advisors who give so much and genuinely want to help their students succeed!
- Post-graduation plans
I plan to apply to a dietetic internship in the spring, successfully pass the RD exam and get a job in the clinical setting while I get my master's in nutrition.
