Why I chose my major

I chose my major because I was always passionate about nutrition, mental health and healthcare. I decided to combine my passions and go into the field of dietetics. I hope to help people struggling with eating disorders heal their relationship with food and fuel themselves.

What I like most about FACS

I love the community I have found within FACS. I have created so many relationships with my peers and professors. I have found a place where I can surround myself with people who have the same beliefs and values as me. The friendships I have formed within FACS are some of the most meaningful relationships I have found in college. I love how this is an environment where every student can feel seen and thrive. I can confidently say that FACS is family.

Post-graduation plans

I plan on graduating with a BSFCS in dietetics. I will be attending graduate school for my master's in nutrition and Dietetic Internship with the intent of becoming a Registered Dietitian.
