- Why I chose my major
I love my fashion merchandising degree because it offers a wide range of exciting career paths within a business. The fashion and retail industries are always evolving, and I'm fascinated with the unique approaches a fashion business takes to identifying and meeting consumer demands. The dynamic and challenging nature of fashion merchandising, coupled with the ability to think creatively and meet consumer demands, makes it a deeply rewarding degree for me.
- What I like most about TMI
The FACS and TMI department at UGA have played a crucial role in my readiness for the job market. The small classroom sizes provide the ideal environment for building meaningful connections with professors. Throughout my time here, I have had the privilege of studying under several exceptional professors who have greatly influenced my interests and personal growth within the program. The genuine care and support I have received from these experienced professionals has been a defining feature of my education at UGA.
- Post-graduation plans
After getting my FM Brand Management degree, I'll be pursuing brand operations and creative strategy positions. I'm also exploring returning to school later to higher education, but I'm excited to spend time and gain experience in the industry first.
