November 10, 2022

Fashion merchandising students under the direction of faculty member Katalin Medvedev are chronicling their study away trip to Cortona, Italy and England via regular blogs.

The blogs allows students to share first-person experiences documenting their travels.

The minimum 12-credit study away program in Italy and England includes visits to the Victoria and Albert Museum and to major fashion sites in London, the Gucci Garden, the Ferragamo Museum as well as the continent’s biggest costume collection at the Palazzo Pitti in Florence, along with various artisan and factory visits in Cortona and beyond.

Students visit concept stores and major luxury brand stores in London and major Italian cities and connect these to their Italian Fashion class.
