Our research programs investigate how dietary factors impact the brain and cognitive function as well as how dietary factors impact the central nervous system regulation of food intake and body weight. Specialized areas include the impact of diet on gut microbiota and cognitive function, nutritional impacts on brain aging, and the impact of dietary factors on learning and memory.
